Rediscover the Adventure of Ministry
Ministry wasn’t meant to feel like survival
Upcoming Workshop
Pastoral Care Lab
Remember when you first stepped into ministry? There was excitement, purpose, and a sense of adventure—walking alongside people as they grew, wrestling with deep questions, and witnessing real transformation.
But over time, the weight of constant crises, reactive leadership, and feeling ill-equipped for complex situations can wear down even the most passionate leaders.
If you’re feeling stuck in maintenance mode—constantly responding, but rarely stepping back to reflect—this workshop is for you.
On April 28th, join Pastoral Care Lab, a guided online workshop where you’ll:
✔Process a real situation or relationship in your ministry.
✔ Discover new ways to reflect and lead with intention.
✔ Tap into wisdom you already carry but haven’t had space to access.
✔ Walk away with tools to sustain your energy and impact.
This isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about shifting how you approach your work—so that ministry feels meaningful, proactive, and life-giving again.

What is supervision?
Supervision is a confidential, one-on-one process where you bring the material, and we work together to explore your challenges and goals. It’s not a preset program but a space to focus on you.

GET TO KNOW ME
KEIRA JOHNSTON
I grew up in rural Victoria and by 16, was volunteering with Scripture Union missions and camps, starting a lifelong journey of ministry. After studying Psychology at Monash University, I spent 25 years in campus ministry, fostering unity among Christian groups and supporting justice-focused initiatives across faiths.
My diverse experience includes working with the Salvation Army’s Adult Services, serving with Operation Mobilisation’s Doulos ship, leading cross-cultural missions, and living three months in the Philippines with my husband and four children. Married for 21 years, with 17 as church pastors, we planted a multicultural church in a Pub near Melbourne University.
Moved by research showing Supervision reduces burnout by 80% and enhances ministry resilience by 68%, I completed my training at Ridley College and joined the Australasian Association of Superivision. With a passion for creating spaces where leaders thrive spiritually, emotionally, and relationally, I see myself as a detective uncovering wisdom in stories.
Drawing on my varied life experiences, creative inclinations, and psychology-informed modalities, I am excited to see how God continues to work through pastoral supervision to nurture and sustain ministry leaders.
